  • 1 Original Potato Waffles 567g

  • 60g Drained Tuna

  • 20g Diced Red Onion

  • 1g Freshly Chopped Chives

  • 2g Lemon Zest

  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice

  • 2g Basil Leaves

  • 3g Sliced Red Chilli

Instructions

  1. Cook potato waffles as per pack instructions

  2. Zest lemon and squeeze juice. Mix with tuna

  3. Top waffle with tuna, scatter over basil leaves. Sprinkle over chives and chilli
