Food Innovation Forum: The Future Of Foodservice

In early July, we hosted another inspiring Food Innovation Session, held in collaboration with the MIDAS Network, Mission Foodservice and The Food People. Set in the vibrant surroundings of Mission Kitchen at New Covent Garden, the event brought together leading voices across the food industry.

This exclusive networking forum provided a platform to explore the emerging trends and key insights set to shape the food sector through 2025 and beyond.

We welcomed a panel of distinguished speakers who shared their valuable perspectives on the future of nutrition, innovation and sustainability.

The day concluded with a visit to Darby’s NYC-inspired oyster bar and bakery, where guests enjoyed drinks and a curated tasting menu—bringing the perfect close to a day of collaboration, learning and culinary inspiration.
