2 Original Potato Waffles 567g
60g Sweet BBQ Pulled Pork
Olive Oil
1 Freshly Chopped Chive
1 teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar
10g Shredded Cucumber
10g Shredded Carrot
Instructions
Cook potato waffle as per pack instruction
Warm your pulled pork
Mix shredded vegetables with oil and vinegar, season
Place your pork on top of your waffle. Garnish with vegetables and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley
