Pulled Pork topped Waffles

Birds Eye waffly versatile potato waffles make for the perfect base for pulled pork. This dish sure to be a crowd pleaser with the delicious flavours of succulent BBQ pulled pork, loaded on top of a Potato Waffle.

Ingredients

  • 10g Shredded Red Cabbage

  • 2 Original Potato Waffles 567g

  • 60g Sweet BBQ Pulled Pork

  • Olive Oil

  • 1 Freshly Chopped Chive

  • 1 teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar

  • 10g Shredded Cucumber

  • 10g Shredded Carrot

Instructions

  1. Cook potato waffle as per pack instruction

  2. Warm your pulled pork

  3. Mix shredded vegetables with oil and vinegar, season 

  4. Place your pork on top of your waffle. Garnish with vegetables and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley
