  • 1 Original Potato Waffle 567g

  • 1 Egg

  • 1g Freshly Chopped Chives

  • 50g Avocado

  • 0.5g Black Pepper

  • 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Crush avocado mix with lemon juice and season to taste

  2. Cook potato waffles as per pack instructions

  3. Poach egg

  4. Place crushed avocado on waffle, top with poached egg

  5. Sprinkle generously with chive and black pepper
