Fish Finger Wraps

Quick to make and packed with crispy fish fingers and fresh ingredients, fish finger wraps are an ideal handheld snack for light bites and lunch menus.

Ingredients

  • 12 Birds Eye Omega 3 Fish Fingers

  • 6 Wraps

  • 1 Iceberg Lettuce, shredded

  • 1tbsp Salsa

  • 1tbsp Low Fat Yoghurt or Sour Cream

  • 1 Finely grated zest and juice of Lime

  • 1 Lemon for garnish

Instructions

  1. Grill the Birds Eye Fish Fingers for 12-15 minutes

  2. Warm the wraps on a plate

  3. Spread the wraps with salsa

  4. Top with lettuce and the fish fingers

  5. Squeeze the lime juice into the yoghurt and add a dollop of yoghurt and roll the wraps. Cut each wrap into two and arrange on a plate. Garnish with lemon
