Fish Finger Wraps
Quick to make and packed with crispy fish fingers and fresh ingredients, fish finger wraps are an ideal handheld snack for light bites and lunch menus.

Ingredients
12 Birds Eye Omega 3 Fish Fingers
6 Wraps
1 Iceberg Lettuce, shredded
1tbsp Salsa
1tbsp Low Fat Yoghurt or Sour Cream
1 Finely grated zest and juice of Lime
1 Lemon for garnish
Instructions
Grill the Birds Eye Fish Fingers for 12-15 minutes
Warm the wraps on a plate
Spread the wraps with salsa
Top with lettuce and the fish fingers
Squeeze the lime juice into the yoghurt and add a dollop of yoghurt and roll the wraps. Cut each wrap into two and arrange on a plate. Garnish with lemon
