  • 4 Birds Eye Fish Fingers

  • 5g Fresh Chives

  • 60g Avocado

  • 1 Ciabatta Roll

  • 5g Lemon Zest

  • 20g Lettuce

  • 20g Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 20g Low Fat Plain Yogurt

Instructions

  1. Cook Fish Fingers as per pack instructions

  2. Mix yogurt with chopped chives, lemon zest and lemon juice
