Chorizo Waffle Stack

Add a Spanish twist to Birds Eye Potato Waffles with this delicious waffle stack serving chorizo in a mouthwatering tomato sauce.

Ingredients

  • 80g Tomato Sauce

  • 25g Chorizo

  • 1  Original Potato Waffle 567g

  • 50g Diced Red Peppers

  • 20g Sliced Green Olives

  • 40g Chickpeas

Instructions

  1. Finely dice peppers, add in a pan with tomato sauce

  2. Cook potato waffle as per pack instruction

  3. Add cooked drained chickpeas into tomato sauce with sliced chorizo

  4. Serve chorizo in tomato sauce over golden potato waffle. Scatter over sliced olives
