- 240g Plain Boiled Rice
- 2x Large Grated Cucumbers
- 3x Medium Grated Carrots
- 30x Gluten Free Fish Fingers
- 300g Mild Curry Sauce
- 240g Birds Eye Sweetcorn

Instructions
- Cook Gluten Free Fish Fingers, sweetcorn and rice as per pack instructions
- Grate carrot and cucumber
- Place rice in centre of plate and vegetables around side
- Place fish fingers next to rice
- Serve with pot of warmed curry sauce
